Welcome to the Website of the Ministry
of Agriculture (MOA). I am pleased
to tell you that this is an official
website of the MOA which intends
to provide you relevant information
on agriculture. This website will
also act as a gateway to the information
resources of the agencies under
MOA.
There are a number of pages in
this website which focus on agricultural
policies, statistics, marketing,
technologies, fertilizer, seed,
etc. It includes Handbook of Agricultural
Statistics that will provide you
detailed statistics on crop agriculture.
It also includes Project Portfolio
which has delineated about the status
of the projects under MOA along
with their location in the country.
It has a number of pages about MOA
itself, i.e. MOA personnel, committees,
budget allocation, acts, rules and
ordinances, publications, news update,
etc. In addition, this includes
some pages to provide you updated
information on seed, fertilizer
and crop situation.
I know, we could do very little
to meet the huge requirement of
agricultural information in Bangladesh.
Still, this endeavour will be successful
if this site could really serve
your purpose. We would appreciate

its future enrichment.
